There are no problems with termite infestation, seepage, leaks, or poor building quality, and adequate ventilation is guaranteed. The proximity of a grocery, hospital, and resident-designated parking all benefit the community. There are available and well-maintained amenities such a clubhouse, kids play area, swimming pool, garden, and gym. The roads are well-maintained, and there is adequate connectivity with readily available public transportation alternatives like buses, cars, and taxis. Frequent pickup of the trash, guaranteeing sanitation. There is a dependable source of electricity, and elevators are erected and maintained. There's a constant security monitor for safety, and the neighbors are amicable, fostering a feeling of community. read more

Although the community is well-kept and provides a lot of amenities, residents find it quite inconvenient as internet and mobile network access fluctuates frequently. It might be annoying because it interferes with regular activities and communication. read more

I have no issues at all with this society. Everything is perfect, and there is no need for any improvements. The construction is excellent, with no signs of leaks or structural issues. Maintenance is superb; the team is responsive and keeps the surroundings clean and well-kept. Connectivity is great, with easy access to Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs. The airport and railway stations are also conveniently located. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming, with a strong sense of community. Security is top-notch with CCTV cameras, and there are no issues with parking or stray dogs. We have all amenities including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks. read more

Honestly, there is nothing to dislike about this society. Everything including Connectivity, Maintenance, Construction, Amenities are well-maintained and functions perfectly. It's an ideal place to live. read more
