Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby, and each resident has designated parking. Roads are in good condition. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there is electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues, proper ventilation, good plaster and fitting. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. Neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we have been staying here for a long time. CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards are available. read more

Cabs are not available. There are minor issues with termites and seepage. The management tends to cater to issues concerning specific categories, such as elders, but does not pay attention to concerns regarding the kids' play area. read more
