It is a good project in Mumbai. I booked a 3BHK premium apartment and I faced a lot of issues. As the residential complex is in a hotspot area, there is a lot of traffic congestion during office hours. There is also not much parking space. We also faced problems with the water supply. The expense is also much higher in this area and the maintenance charges are too high. The premium project is good but I would suggest all to check before investing in this project. read more

I was looking for a premium apartment in Mumbai and I checked Parinee Essence. The project is located in Kandivali West, Mumbai and it connects Western Express Highway, Link Road 0.5 Km and S. V. Road. The Kandivali Railway Station, Malad Railway Station, Marve Beach are in close proximity. Reputed schools, colleges & Hospitals are located nearby too. The residential project has a new-age architecture which is a symbol of comfort and elegance. I am very happy with the floor plans and the surroundings. It is a premium project in Mumbai which is nearing possession. I had booked a residential apartment and we will receive the project by this year itself. My family is impressed with features like Rooftop Landscape Garden, Outdoor Exercise Area, Rooftop Yoga deck and lounge and Sky deck area. The residential project has all the attributes that have attracted me fully. The transportation facilities are also readily available.
