Good things here

I have no issues at all with this place. Everything is great, from connectivity and maintenance to construction and amenities. The neighborhood is very friendly. There are no problems with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. The connectivity is excellent with easy access to public transport, and the maintenance is very good. The construction is solid, and the amenities like the garden, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are very nice. read more

The only issue I have is with the water supply. Water comes from a tanker, which is not very reliable. Sometimes, there are delays, and it can be inconvenient. Everything else is perfect, but this water problem is a big issue for me. It would be much better if there was a more consistent and reliable water supply. read more
