Good things here

In the flats, there are no problems with leakage or seepage, and garbage collection is done daily, keeping the society clean. Water is available round the clock, and residents live in harmony, being very friendly. There are no traffic issues near the society, and autos are readily available nearby. read more

Things need improvement

The chairman of the society is involved in corrupt practices, acting more like a broker and allowing only those who pay brokerage fees to rent flats. He is uncooperative and difficult to work with. There is a lot of overgrown grass near the play area, leading to a bad smell. Additionally, the swimming pool meant for young children is not operational and needs to be made functional. read more

The construction quality of the buildings is excellent. There are no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats. Ventilation is very good, with ample sunlight. Parking space is sufficient, and auto-rickshaws are readily available near the society. read more

Things need improvement

Due to ongoing construction, the roads have deteriorated and become narrow. Water is supplied by tankers, but it's not of good quality as it's hard water. Although there's an operational gym in a standalone building, there aren't any other modern amenities or a garden. The residents aren't cooperative, and the cleanliness of the society is not up to the mark. read more

Local transport facilities were easily accessible near the society. The construction quality was excellent, with good materials used by the builders, resulting in no issues with leakages or seepages. The roads outside the society were well-developed, with no ditches or waterlogging problems during the rainy season. All amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, park, and garden, were available and well-maintained by the maintenance team. The amenities were fully functional. Safety was ensured with fire safety features in place, and garbage was collected daily, maintaining cleanliness. Guards were stationed at the entrance, and security measures were in place throughout the area. The residents were cooperative and friendly, and all functions and festivals were celebrated within the society. Overall, the maintenance of the apartment�was�excellent. read more

Overall, there are no significant problems in the society. However, public transport facilities such as the metro and railway are not available nearby. I appreciate the good connectivity and the easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The best aspect of the society is the people�they are very nice, and we feel like a family. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards. The apartments have proper ventilation, and there is regular electricity and water supply. Each resident has designated parking, and amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and maintained. read more

The maintenance of the society is poor, particularly regarding cleanliness. The construction quality is average, and the maintenance of amenities like the gym and swimming pool is very poor, with them being closed most of the time. Other than that, everything is fine. read more
