Nearby, essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets are easily accessible, simplifying daily tasks. Residents enjoy designated parking spaces, and rules are followed to maintain order and efficiency. Elevators are installed and well-maintained for convenient access to all floors. Moreover, our homes are constructed with excellent quality, featuring proper ventilation, high-quality plaster, and fittings. There are no issues of seepage or termite infestation. Transportation was good as all public transport like autos and rickshaws were available near the society. Local shops, grocery stores, and vegetable markets were nearby. All festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated together. read more

There was basement parking available in the society, but during the rainy season, there was a problem of waterlogging in the basement. Maintenance of the society was poor; cleaning was not done properly. Facilities like lifts and CCTV were not well-maintained. The construction quality was average, nothing special. There were no amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, or garden in the society. There was a gym available, but it was closed and not operational. read more
