Good things here

Auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Auto stand is nearby. Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Garbage collection is done on time. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Flats are very well ventilated. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Security guards are always available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. 2 lifts in every building. There are no pet and stray dogs related issues in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Unfortunately, we don't have a swimming pool, and I feel that cleaning and maintenance could be better managed. It's frustrating that residents are often left to resolve issues on their own, with little responsibility taken by the society management. One thing that's particularly disappointing is the lack of cultural activities and festivals being celebrated. I believe these events are important for fostering a sense of community and providing opportunities for residents to come together outside of work life. Additionally, the water logging issues near the main gate during the rainy season are concerning and need to be addressed to prevent inconvenience and potential hazards for residents. read more

Festivals are joyfully celebrated by the community, which is known for its cooperative spirit. The property's highway touch enhances connectivity, despite the lack of a swimming pool. Drainage issues are non-existent, and the society's safety is ensured by 24-hour security personnel and CCTV surveillance throughout�the�premises. read more

The major concern regarding this society is the lack of nearby public transport facilities, such as the absence of a metro station and the railway station being 1. 5 km away. Additionally, there are no malls or restaurants in the vicinity. Although there have been minor issues with leakage and seepage, the maintenance team has addressed them. Furthermore, there is no designated visitor parking, and even the parking spaces allotted to owners are insufficient due to the high number of vehicles in the society, posing a�current�issue.
