Things need improvement

The roads around our neighborhood often have potholes and cracks, causing traffic jams and flooding during rains. It's important to fix these issues regularly to make commuting smoother and avoid these problems. Also, there aren't enough buses or taxis around, which makes it hard to get transportation when we need it. It would be helpful to have more options and buses running more often. read more

Good things here

Ola and Uber services are now available in our society. There are no problems with leaks or dampness in the flats. The gym is available and kept in good condition. Residents are cooperative, and cleanliness is maintained with daily garbage collection. The flats are well-ventilated, and there is ample parking space for everyone read more

Things need improvement

Public transport is not easily accessible near our society. We don't have a play area, and the garden and grounds are small and not well-kept. There is no tennis court. Some rooms don't get enough sunlight. There is no parking available inside the society for visitors, which can be inconvenient. Occasionally, the water supply is interrupted without prior notice read more

Good things here

People of this society are very good and engaging, we do celebrate the festivals together. The construction quality of the soc is good with proper ventilation , CCTV cameras installed and no issues regarding seepage or cracks. water supply and electrical supply in the soc is also okay. Gyms and public parks are available here which caters to the recreational needs. Overall, it is really a very good society to live in. read more

Swimming pool is available here but it is not properly functional, apart from this, it's really a great place to live in and i don't face any issues here. read more

There are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, and the roads are in good condition and not broken, so there are no traffic issues around the society. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is good, with well-ventilated flats. The maintenance is also very good, the lifts are properly maintained and clean, the water supply is timely, and there are�no�power�cuts. read more
