Good things here

I appreciate the well-maintained amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, which enhance our lifestyle. The connectivity is good, with easy access to public transport and well-maintained approach roads. Having a school, hospital, and market nearby adds to the convenience. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are diligently followed. Regular electricity and water supply are reliable. The neighbours are friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help. Security is ensured with CCTV cameras and security guards. read more

Things need improvement

However, I'm disappointed with the poor cleaning of the lifts and the overall maintenance of the society. Garbage collection is inadequate, and the high maintenance fees seem unjustified given these issues. There are also concerns about leakage and seepage inside my apartment, which need to be addressed promptly. read more
