Waste management is well-organized, with wet and dry garbage segregated by the maintenance team. Maintenance charges are around 5000 INR per month, which is reasonable considering the facilities provided. Good things here

My society has public transport easily available including autos and cabs. There are also no seepage or termite issues and each resident has designated parking. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation is done. My neighbours are also very supportive and cameras and security guards are available in the society. read more

Things need improvement

The thing which I don't like about this society is that the shops and offices are not nearby and the plaster and construction quality could be have been better. Also sometimes there are some issues with pets but get resolved quickly. read more
