Good things here

main thing is greenery...there is big garden in front of society and there is peaceful environment tp relax in evening...many benches for sitting..small ground and some games for children to play... connectivity is really good as auto and metro easily available amd at nearby distance...many english medium school available nearby for children...hospitals and small clinic are also there in emergency condition.... read more

Things need improvement

main problem is safety as no street lights and many are not working so there is darkness after 9-10 pm and not safe for women...and criminal past criminal records of area is not good...another problem is neighbor as there frequently fighting between womens even in night for small problem...roads are not good nearby specially in moonsoon there is water logging...security is not as tight as many small robbery happens in past .. read more

Good things here

The market is conveniently nearby, and the society has great connectivity with easily available public transport. Regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation, consistent electricity and water supply, and excellent construction quality with no seepage or termite issues make living here comfortable. The ventilation is proper, and the neighbors are very nice and friendly. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds to the safety. read more

Things need improvement

I'm an owner, but I had to leave the society due to a job transfer. Although I rented out my place, I can vouch for the overall excellence of the society. The only downside is the current lack of amenities, but they are under construction along with a new tower. Once that�۪s complete, it should be perfect. read more

Good things here

The connectivity in the society is excellent with easy access to public transportation like autos and cabs. The people are friendly and cooperative. There are no issues with cracks or seepage either. The cleanliness is also maintained on time, which is a good aspect of this society. read more

Things need improvement

He main issue for me here is the parking, as it gets very crowded. There is no gym, swimming pool, or kids' area either, which I think they should focus on improving. read more

Good things here

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. Metro station is available nearby the society. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. Seepage and leakage issues are not at all seen in my appartment, the construction quality is very good. Amenities are well maintained like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are very good in the society, People are friendly and cooperative, festivals are celebrated together. read more
