The area lacks metro connectivity, although construction work is underway. The railway station and airport are far from the society. While the internal roads within the society are in good condition, the approach road quality is poor and underdeveloped, posing an issue. Frequent power cuts occur in the society, with power backup provided only to common areas such as lifts and common lights. Good things here

Having reliable and readily available public transport, especially auto cabs, has been a real convenience for me. It makes getting around much easier. Additionally, the maintenance services in our society, such as garbage collection and lift maintenance, are really well-managed, which is reassuring. I'm also grateful for the excellent maintenance of all our amenities, including the gyms, swimming pools, clubhouses, and gardens. It's nice to have access to well-kept facilities that enhance our quality of life. And the best part is the friendly and helpful residents of our society. It makes living here feel like being part of a tight-knit community. Overall, I feel fortunate to be part of such a well-organized and welcoming environment. read more

Good things here

The society has all modern amenities and is well-maintained. The residents are good and cooperative. Festivals are celebrated. There is enough parking space. The lifts are always maintained. There is plenty of greenery in the society. We had a leakage issue in our master bedroom, but we have solved it now. read more

Things need improvement

Autos are not readily available near the society; sometimes we find them, sometimes we don't. The roads outside the society are not in good condition either. There are cracks in the flats; in our kitchen, cracks are visible near the chamber, and now we can't do anything about it. The society is only five years old, and cracks are already appearing. Some residents with 1BHK apartments were raising issues about maintenance fees, arguing that the maintenance charges for 1BHK and 2BHK apartments should not be the same; they believed that those with 2BHK apartments should pay more. However, the maintenance charges were decided when the society was formed. Last summer, there was a slight issue with water for 1-2 days. read more

Ventilation is good, and balconies are spacious. Cultural events like Holi, Diwali, and Navratri are celebrated. The flats are spacious, with four flats per floor, ensuring ample corridor space. Rent for a 3BHK is Rs. 4500 per month. Garbage collection is on time, and cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. The society has lifts, CCTV cameras, and security guards, all in good condition. read more

Things need improvement

A metro station is currently under construction. There are occasional issues with seepage . The quality of the road leading from the main road to the society is not good, causing waterlogging during the rainy season. read more
