Additionally, the maintenance of the society was good, and the connectivity around the society was also excellent. There were schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, and public transport like auto cabs and buses were easily accessible. There was also a nearby metro station, and the roads around the society were well-constructed, making commuting�hassle-free. read more

The people in the society weren't very friendly because I was a tenant there, and they didn't interact much with tenants. Additionally, there were separate rules for tenants and owners, which I didn't like because it felt discriminatory. This aspect of bias wasn't good at all. The lifts are well-maintained, and all modern amenities are available. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Auto-rickshaws aren't available near the society, and booking Ola or Uber is unreliable for nearby destinations. Even if you get a ride, it often gets canceled. read more
