Garbage collection is done promptly every day. The construction quality is high, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. The residents are friendly and cooperative, often celebrating cultural events and festivals together. It's a peaceful environment with a good security system, including CCTV cameras and security guards. Ample parking space, including visitor parking, is provided. read more

Proactive maintenance is fantastic when I receive advance notice about a water crisis, allowing me to address it promptly. Amenities like a swimming pool and gym area are definitely a big plus for me! It can be really frustrating when I struggle to find a cab during the summer months. The heat just makes the wait feel even longer. And having to cross the lane to catch a cab adds another layer of inconvenience, especially if the traffic is heavy. It not only slows me down but also poses safety concerns. read more
