Good things here

As a former resident who stayed there five years ago, I can say that most things were great. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming. Security was reliable, with CCTV in place, and parking, including guest parking, was ample and convenient. There were no problems with stray dogs. Connectivity was good with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Maintenance was handled very well, with regular cleaning and prompt garbage collection. The construction quality was solid with no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the walls. The amenities, like the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, and gym, met all my needs. read more

Things need improvement

During my stay five years ago, traffic was a significant issue, making it hard to commute during peak hours. Despite this, other things were satisfactory. read more

Transportation connectivity is excellent, maintenance is exemplary, parking options are ample, and there are no traffic issues. The construction quality is high with no seepage issues, and garbage collection is regular. Elevators are well-maintained, and amenities like a gym, auditorium, swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath are available. Neighbors are cooperative. read more

Things need improvement

Not having a park and having a small children's play area are disappointing. Children need more space to play freely and safely outdoors. Parks provide green spaces where families can relax and kids can play on swings, slides, and open areas. A larger play area encourages physical activity and social interaction among children. It's important for communities to have such spaces for families to enjoy outdoor activities together. read more

Good things here

Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities. read more

There is leakage issues in the bathroom . No other major issues in the society . The society has great environment , with all the required facilities available in the society. read more
