There's a welcoming atmosphere because the neighborhood is nice and the people are friendly. read more

The area is pleasant, however its lack of social interaction amongst inhabitants can give the impression that it is less of a community. Despite the hefty 5000rs in fees, the society's upkeep is inadequate. The living conditions are impacted by the lack of elevators and infrequent cleaning. There are problems with seepage, leaks, and cracks in the buildings, indicating subpar construction. There are very few amenities offered, including no parks, playgrounds, gardens, gyms, swimming pools, clubs, or resident parking. read more

The society has great connectivity with easy access to autos, cabs, , , and buses. The roads are well-maintained and there are no traffic problems. Maintenance is good with clean surroundings, working lifts, , and water tank cleaning. The construction is solid with good ventilation and sunlight, and no problems with seepage, leakage, or cracks. The amenities include a garden, children play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and people interact nicely. read more

Things need improvement

There are such no issues but the maintenance team could be a bit better as it takes too long to solve an issue of the residents and the metro is also a bit far for now but it will very close in future but for now the nearest metro station is sector 52 noida read more

Good things here

The connectivity in the society was really good, with easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads were good, and having a school, hospital, and market nearby was very convenient. The apartments had proper ventilation and good plaster and fitting. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation was a plus. The society also had a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, which were maintained. The neighbors were very nice and friendly. There were CCTV cameras and security guards available, which added to the safety. read more

Things need improvement

There were seepage issues throughout the society, which was a significant drawback. Additionally, the maintenance was poor. Despite these issues, everything else was nice. read more
