The standout feature of this society is its connectivity; due to its proximity, all major amenities such as D-Mart, vegetable and fruit shops, and bus stops are easily accessible within walking distance. Additionally, there are international schools and hospitals located around 1km away from the society. The roads are wide, and there are no issues with traffic congestion. Security in all blocks of society is excellent, providing 24/7 surveillance. The buildings in this society have excellent construction and design, ensuring proper ventilation for the majority of the flats. Maintenance of the society is also commendable, with excellent power backup systems in place. Furthermore, cleaning and garbage collection services are efficient. The maintenance charges are reasonable. The amenities offered are top-notch, featuring excellent indoor and outdoor games, a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and various play areas catering to all age groups. All amenities are well-maintained with regular cleaning schedules. read more

In this society, the only issue is that greenery maintenance during summer is not good due to a lack of proper precautions taken care of by the maintenance team. The water shortage during summer is the main problem. read more

Maintenance in the society is very good. Water facility is also very good 24/7, power access is available, and garbage disposal is too good. The walkway and the spaces emit a sense of artistic aesthetic. Power is very reliable and respectable in the society. Public transportation is easily available within a 1 kilometer radius. Metro is available within a 1 kilometer radius, making it very convenient. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers for emergency care. Cleanliness in the society is very good, with the housing keeping grounds in excellent condition. read more

Connectivity and transport availability in this society are very poor. If we book it, we may ensure a quiet, well-organized stay. Maintenance care has been exceptionally executed. However, charges are expensive. read more

There are no cracks in the building and no leakage and seepage problem. All amenities are there in the society like gym, clubhouse, swimming pool for the residents for their enjoyment. Houses are ventilated and proper sunlight come in houses. Neighbors are friendly and decent. read more

Auto, bus, metro, riskshaw are far from the society and residents need to wait for longer peroids to get them and walk long distance from the society. read more
