People are friendly and have good interactions, celebrating Holi, Diwali, Independence Day, and Republic Day. Essential facilities like bus stops, supermarkets, and grocery stores are within 500 meters. The road quality is good with functioning street lights and ample parking space. Amenities such as swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, indoor games, community hall, and garden are available. Residents enjoy uninterrupted 24/7 water supply and reliable electricity. Daily cleaning and regular garbage collection are maintained, and the construction ensures good ventilation throughout the apartment. read more

The society lacks a walking track. However, it offers various other amenities and maintains a comfortable living environment despite the absence of this particular feature. read more

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Water facility is available 24/7 in the society, with power backup also available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintaining of lifts is very good; they are maintained well in the society. Schools are available within 1 kilometer from the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, around 4000 rupees that we are paying. Construction quality is very poor; there are some leaks in walls and some seepage issues in bathrooms in the society. Additionally, there are traffic issues near the society, which is very inconvenient. read more

The maintenance of the society is very good; there's power backup support available 24/7, and the cleaning is also well-maintained. Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Community spirit is very close-knit in the society. Water facility is excellent compared to other apartments; though the water is from the tank, the water quality is very good. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. We can celebrate some festivals together; it's very enjoyable in the society. read more

Grocery facilities are available but are a bit far from the city, around 2 kilometers away. Hospital areas are also available but are a bit far for emergency needs, within 3-5 kilometers from the society. read more
