Good things here

best locality within sector 150. I feel the best in this society and it is safe for my kids and wife also.. The society is even safe in night also. The society is well maintained and is cleaned most of the time. The society is also built with good standard materials.There is no power cut in this society and if faced even once in 2-3 months. read more

The housing is so airy and has a significant area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. They proposed us to add basketball, badminton courts, gym here. I will play basketball everyday here. It includes a proposed community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every workers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several basic superficial amenities. read more

This place is very low population density area and I feel a bit concerned about the safety and security of this place. The IGI Airport is so much far from this place , it is about 50 km away from my future home. Pari Chowk is the only place where public transports are available and it is located minimum at 8 km away. Nearest railway station also located at 35 km away which is hugely disappointing. read more

The place is well-connected to Noida-Greater Noida, FNG and Yamuna Expressways as well. NMRC feeder buses are available at this place and it will be highly useful for me. Some popular shopping malls like City Mall, MSX Mall and Ansal Mall and shops for daily essentials are so close to this location. Mangalam World, JP International, Greater Valley and Apeejay International School are some popular schools are at very few distance. That's why I will easily reach to my school Apeejay International School also. read more
