The maintenance services leave much to be desired, especially considering the high charges residents have to pay. The construction quality is also disappointing, with frequent seepage issues, poor plaster, and subpar fittings. Limited parking space can be a hassle, and the poor public transport connectivity and road conditions make getting around more difficult. Good things here

The abundance of greenery both inside and outside the community created a pleasant environment. The kids' play area was a hit, and the swimming pool was always clean and well-maintained. I felt safe with the security system in place, and having both open and closed parking spaces was convenient. The shops in the community center were handy for everyday essentials. It was easy to get around with public transport, especially with the Sector 76 metro station nearby. Plus, the variety of activities available, from Taekwondo to yoga classes, along with social gatherings, made it a lively and engaging place to live. read more

Things need improvement

There was no mobile service provider operating within the houses, which caused communication challenges for residents. Additionally, the houses lacked proper registration with the Noida authority, impacting residents' rights and access to services. The high maintenance charges were not justified by the quality of services provided, and the construction quality was poor, leading to issues like hollow walls and seepage problems. Despite charging fees, the swimming pool was not operational, and the prices at the shopping arcade were unreasonably high. The lack of maintenance services and insufficient response from the management made living in the society challenging at times. read more

The beautiful greenery and well-kept parks where both kids and adults can hang out and relax. With multiple parks and a big playground, there's always a peaceful spot to enjoy. It's super convenient having shops right here for all our daily needs. And getting around is so easy with the nearby metro station and plenty of cabs and autos available whenever we need them. read more

The buildings aren't built well either; they have thin walls and always seem to leak, which is worrying. Plus, it's frustrating that the swimming pool doesn't even work despite us paying for it. On top of that, there's just not enough parking space, no gym, and the roads are in pretty bad shape, which makes life here quite challenging. read more
