Good things here

Maintenance of the society is very good; the water facilities are excellent, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. The construction quality is very good; there are no issues with structures, as some are around 15 years old but still in good condition. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Connectivity like cabs and autos is available if booked online. Greenery settings are very good. Security systems in the society are very good, making it a safe place to live. Hospitals are available within walking distance. read more

Metro station is still under construction nearby, which is inconvenient for the society. There are traffic issues in the society. The cleanliness of the society should be improved in some areas. read more

Good things here

Connectivity was good, making it easy to get around. The amenities provided were well-maintained and enjoyable. The neighbourhood was pleasant and welcoming. CCTV coverage and security measures were effective, ensuring a safe environment. Parking was adequate for both residents and guests, and stray dogs were managed well. Despite the challenges with the lift and basement parking, the overall experience in terms of amenities and security was satisfactory. read more

Things need improvement

The lift frequently broke down, which was a major inconvenience. The basement parking was full of seepage, and there was leakage in B and C blocks even without rain. The 700 m driveway around the society had speed breakers that were not uniform, and there were uneven blocks where people could easily trip and fall. read more

It is a small community comprising only 15 houses, with ample parking spaces available for everyone, and supportive neighbors. The construction quality is average, with issues such as seepage, leakage, dampness, and cracks in the walls. Connectivity is convenient, with public transport options like autos and cabs easily accessible outside the society. Local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores are conveniently located nearby the society. read more

The main issue here is insufficient water supply during summer months. Additionally, one of the flats in the society has been rented out to a hotel, which exacerbates the problem as the increased water usage causes the floors to crack due to heat. read more

All Amenities like a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and parks are available in the society. The society is very well-maintained with clean lifts, regular cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning. Connectivity is great with autos, cabs, metro, and a railway station nearby. The roads are good. The construction is very good with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and it has good ventilation and sunlight. read more

Only major festivals are celebrated in the society not more than that this can be a negative point for people who like to celebrate all the festivals . No other issues in the society regarding anything. read more

We have lived here for many years and have never faced any water issues. The residents are cooperative, and we celebrate festivals together. There is enough greenery, and the lifts are well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. The society has all modern amenities. Autos and buses are easily accessible from the society, and a metro station is currently under construction nearby. Cleanliness is well-maintained in the society. read more

Inside the society, there are some drainage issues, during the rainy season, water accumulates on the internal roads. Additionally, there is a bit of a traffic jam issue near the society. read more
