Additionally, the metro station is conveniently located within walking distance of the society. Within a 1km radius, residents have access to shopping malls, bus stops, hospitals, and international schools are easily accessible. The society itself has excellent amenities, including a park, swimming pool, temple, children's play area, and grocery store, catering to the various needs of its residents. Maintenance standards are top-notch, with no reported issues regarding water or electricity. The society employs competent maintenance and housekeeping staff who promptly address any minor issues that may arise. Construction quality is very poor; there are some leaks and seepages in the flats, possibly due to the building being 15 years old and some areas having deteriorated. Parking spaces sometimes cause inconvenience due to congestion, especially in older buildings. read more
