Good things here

I really enjoy living here. There�s a school, hospital, and market nearby, which makes life super convenient. Each resident has their own designated parking spot, and the garbage collection is regular, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply are reliable, and the construction quality is excellent. The interiors are impressive, with no seepage or termite issues, and the apartments are well-ventilated. The amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. Plus, the neighbors are friendly and respectful, and we have good security with CCTV cameras and guards. read more

Things need improvement

The only downside is that there isn't an auto stand, so getting autorickshaws can be tricky. Sometimes it's also hard to get cabs. But other than that, everything is great, and I have no complaints. read more

Good things here

I own this flat, and it's great that we have a no-broker app for resolving issues. The neighbours are friendly and humble, which creates a nice community feel. There are CCTV cameras and security guards available, and the parking is convenient. The elevators are well-maintained, and there's regular electricity and water supply without any interruptions. The gym and clubhouse are also well-maintained. read more

Things need improvement

Public transport can be a bit of a hassle since you have to walk half a kilometre to the nearest bus stop. Garbage collection is only on alternate days. During the rainy season, mosquitoes become a big issue, even though fogging is done regularly. There's also waterlogging in the volleyball court, which is a problem. The maintenance charge of 2300 is quite high. read more

I used to stay here 2 years ago, and overall, I had a good experience. Maintenance was excellent, with timely cleaning and garbage collection. The construction quality was solid with no issues like leaks or cracks. The amenities, including the garden, swimming pool, and gym, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The neighbourhood was friendly, making it a pleasant place to live. The security measures, including CCTV, were reliable, and there was ample parking for both residents and guests. read more

Things need improvement

The main issue was connectivity; it was hard to get cabs and the metro station was far away. There were also problems with stray dogs, which sometimes bit people. Additionally, there were a few thefts reported, which made me feel unsafe. read more

There are no dogs on the streets and parking is not a problem in the community. Lifts operate efficiently. All the amenities, including a clubhouse, gardens, parks, a gym, and a swimming pool, are available in the society. When required, the neighbours are equally kind and supportive. It doesn't become overly dirty and is kept in good condition. read more

Residents are inconvenienced by the lack of accessibility to buses and auto rickshaws. People who need transit must wait a long time and go great distances. Their everyday commute and general convenience are affected by this challenge. read more

Telugu is widely spoken in the locality. The area lies along the National Highway 65 and lies in northwestern Hyderabad. There are multiple industrial areas and residential clusters present here as well. The BHEL Township is also present here along with major IT and ITeS hubs.
