Maintenance of the society is very good. The water facilities are very good, with reliable power backup available 24/7. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepages or leaks in the society. Cleanliness standards are very good; these facilities are very well-maintained in the society. Connectivity is easily available for Uber and Ola bookings if we book through them. read more

Things need improvement

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse are available, but the mainatenance is very bad in the society . In gym the all equipments are very old. . Maintenance costs are expensive, as we pay 5000 rupees every month. Greenery is not sufficient; they are still planning to improve it. There is a lot of traffic noise due to the nearby highway. The society has a noisy pollution. read more

There is a significant issue with traffic congestion outside the society's vicinity. This causes inconvenience for residents. The pool system also faces challenges. I love the good connectivity here, public transport like autorickshaws and cabs are easily accessible. There are schools and markets nearby, from which we get our daily essentials. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues, and the ventilation is great. They have a proper system for regular garbage collection, segregating wet and dry waste. We also have reliable electricity and water supply. There's a swimming pool and clubhouse available for use, and the neighbors are really friendly. The elevators are well-maintained too. read more

Things need improvement

Getting an autorickshaw can be a bit of a struggle. Although we have amenities, the pool and gym are quite small for the size of the society. Cultural programs and get-togethers are rare, limited mostly to flag-hoisting on Independence Day. The neighbors, while not disruptive, aren't particularly friendly or engaging. Other than these points, everything else is fine. read more
