This is a lovely township with a lot of greenery around it. There is a nice fountain in the entrance, a basketball court, a club house, and a huge kid’s play area. One of the benefits of staying here is that it is very close to the airport, and has all the needed facilities nearby.

The apartments are very nice, and the premises is maintained well. The neighbours are friendly, and there are quite a lot of indoor and outdoors sports to keep the kids entertained. Due to all the greenery around, the place feels peaceful and calm.

Mantri Splendor is an excellent society with nice amenities. The society has power backup and 24/7 security. It is also located close to the main road, and hence everything like a grocery store, ATM etc is very close.

Mantri Splendor has good amenities; especially the kid’s play area is very nice. The security here is good and outsiders are not allowed easily. The apartments are spacious and the maintenance is good too.
