Centrally located and easy reach for public transport. No power cut. Nice community. Stone's throw from vegetable market, banks, schools, college, railway station, bus stand, temples etc., 10 feet ceiling , in built mosquito mesh shutters for windows, teak wood joinery, granite countertops, branded fittings, wall mounted closets etc read more

Things need improvement

Occasional rain water stagnation. Denselty populated, narrow approach road are some of the dislikes and thats the reason for its low price which includes all deposits, car parking charges, wood work, safety grilles etc read more

West Mambalam is an excellent area to stay in Chennai because it contains everything we require on a daily basis. Due to its excellent road system, connectivity will be great. The dedicated train station makes getting around much simpler. a good spot to call home.
