Regular garbage collection and timely pest control are essential for maintaining cleanliness and preventing health hazards, so it's great to know that these are taken care of. One thing I've noticed is that plumbing problems are addressed at my own expense rather than being covered by maintenance. It's something I've had to budget for separately.
