Good things here

I'm pleased with the excellent connectivity in our society. It's convenient to have autos, buses, and cabs available 24/7 within walking distance. Having local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, restaurants, and hospitals nearby is incredibly convenient for me. I appreciate the ample parking space available for residents. It's reassuring to know that parking won't be a concern, especially for those of us with vehicles. I'm impressed by the society's maintenance standards. There have been no reported problems, and hygiene is well-maintained. The timely disposal of garbage adds to the cleanliness of our surroundings. The ventilation in my flat is excellent, and I appreciate that the living spaces are not congested. It contributes to a comfortable living environment. The presence of security guards, CCTV cameras, and properly functioning lifts enhances my sense of safety and security within the society. Having access to 24/7 electricity supply, along with power backup, ensures my comfort and convenience. Moreover, the society offers a variety of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, games room, community hall, and play area for kids, all of which are well-maintained and accessible to residents. I enjoy the strong sense of community in our society. Participating in festivals and events where all residents come together is a wonderful experience. read more

Things need improvement

There is no nearby metro station around the society. There is no ground water available, tanker water has to be used also drainage system is not good. The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are sometimes faced in the society. read more

While I understand the importance of funding maintenance services, I believe there's room for a slight reduction in these charges. read more
