Reliable water and power supply, along with well-functioning lifts, contribute to convenience. The location is convenient, with a clinic, bus stop, supermarket, and schools within 1 km. Street lights are functional, and ample parking space is available. Amenities include table tennis, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Autos are available just outside the society gate, and the new metro station that is set to open in 7-8 months is only 500 meters away from the society. There are no issues of leakage or seepage. All modern amenities are available in the society. The residents are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated together. We receive water supply 24/7. Cleanliness is good, and there is sufficient greenery. The maintenance charges are justified. There is enough parking space for residents and visitors in the society. read more

In the society, many people have started using electronic vehicles, so it would be beneficial to have an EV charging point. There is occasional traffic issue near the society. The society is not connected to the highway. read more

The people are friendly and have good interactions with each other. We celebrate a lot of festivals together. Connectivity-wise, within 500 meters, there are a bus stop, supermarket, and school. Street lights are working, and there is good parking space. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, kids' play area, and walking track are available. Maintenance is good; they clean well and collect garbage regularly. The power backup is reliable, and the lift is well-functioning. Construction quality is good, with excellent ventilation and sunlight in all rooms. read more

As a former resident, I had a positive experience living here. I didn't face any issues with maintenance or construction during my stay. The society provides all the necessary amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and more. While the neighbourhood initially lacked nearby stores when we moved in, it later improved, becoming quite satisfactory. read more

Things need improvement

I found the location of the airport and railway station to be far away, which made travel inconvenient. Although the amenities within the society were adequate, the neighbourhood was initially deserted, lacking even basic grocery stores. While it improved later on, this was disappointing at the beginning. read more

The residents are cooperative and actively participate in festival celebrations. The cleanliness and maintenance of lifts are good, and there were no leakage issues in your flat. Cabs are easily accessible from the society, and there is a bus stop within walking distance, with autos also available. read more

Things need improvement

The badminton court in the society had poor quality flooring and ventilation issues. The water supply was from the Kaveri Connection but was limited without fixed timings. There was no nearby metro station, and the roads outside the society were not well-maintained. read more
