There was no issue of leakage or seepage in the society. The residents were cooperative. The lifts were well-maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained. The flat had good ventilation and received sunlight. Security was good. read more

There were no autos or any public transport available near the society. The roads outside the society were also in very bad condition. There were no modern amenities in the society. Festivals were not celebrated because I lived there during the COVID-19 period. read more

Auto cabs are easily accessible near the society, and there are schools and hospitals at a reasonable distance. Speaking of the apartment's build quality, it was good with no issues like leakage or seepages. The society provided ample parking space for owners and visitors, which was sufficient for residents. All amenities such as gym, park, swimming pool, and clubhouse were available and well-maintained by the society's maintenance team. Additionally, there were multiple malls and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a very calm and peaceful environment with minimal pollution, and cleanliness was maintained with daily garbage collection. CCTV cameras were installed in all areas, and guards were stationed at each entrance for security. People in the society were also very helpful and cooperative during�that�time. read more
