Good things here

There was a swimming pool, gym ad graden that is free to use and there is also a good culture of indoor sports having basketball court inside that only.There is also a clun house where you can organize your small parties and events and the socitey is completly well managed having ample of parking space and spacious flats with proper flow of water in rainy seasons without any clogging situations. read more

Things need improvement

There is not any thing that anyone will dislike about the socitey but i will only say that security system should be improved and cars that are parked in thte socitey should be parked in the parking only and rest everything is good. read more

I appreciate the convenient access to public transport and the well-built roads around the society. Despite the peak-hour traffic on the main road connected to the Delhi-Meerut highway, getting in and out of the society is relatively easy. The maintenance standards are commendable, with proper cleanliness and greenery. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool add value to the community. However, I find the narrow road connecting to the highway problematic, causing significant traffic congestion during peak hours. The reliance on groundwater due to inconsistent water supply and the expensive power backup solutions are concerning. Moreover, while security measures are in place, the maintenance fee seems steep, especially considering the ongoing construction that causes noise and dust pollution within the society. Additionally, the lack of upkeep of amenities is disappointing, detracting from the overall living experience. read more

Transportation connectivity is excellent, with availability of public transport options nearby. Market areas are also available. Maintenance is fine. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues. The neighborhood is very friendly and cooperative to the extent that the society environment feels like home. read more

Shifted 3-4 years ago, transportation connectivity was satisfactory. No water supply and logging issues. construction quality was fine with no seepage and leakage issues. There was swimming pool, parking area and gym in the premises. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. read more

Maintenance quality was poor, like the hygiene was not maintained. Inconvenience due to presence of rats, cockroaches and other insects in the kitchen and washrooms areas. read more
