All festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Navratri are celebrated with enthusiasm in the society. During the rainy season, there are no issues with waterlogging or network problems. Connectivity is very good with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and railway station. The roads are also good. Maintenance is excellent. Lifts, cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning are all done well despite the high fees. The construction is generally good. There is good ventilation and sunlight.
