Facing Seetharampalya lake. This is a posh society by brigade group. Well connected with the city via. Kundalahalli main road aka Graphite India road. This society is loaded with lush greenary, beautiful trees and view of the lake. All modern amenities can be found here which are rare in other apartments. A Cricket lawn, 2 tennus court, Fill basketball court. football ground, well maintained manicured gardens, pavements. One of the largest clubhouse with terrace pool and gardens. The lifts are fast and well maintained. Lobby area is very neatly constructed. The construction quality is second to none. There are no nagatives about this soceity read more

Good things here

Brigade is a well known developer. I shifted from BTM 2nd stage to here due to the amenities, reliabilty of construction quality and yes the view of lake every morning from the balcony. The amenities are plenty, If I count more than 40. I love the green spaces, clubhouse where I can read books during weekends. I am living here with my family, they love this place including myself. Yes the premium paid was worth it. read more

Things need improvement

The rents are very high here. Too many cultural events putting burden on the residents. Although the celenrstions are frequent, I never attend them due to personal work so I should not be forced to pay for their schedmes. read more

High end society with all amenities ranging from grounds to gardens, from clubhouse to lake view. The connectivity has also improved significantly in lat 2-3 years. You can see people flaunting high end cars. The upper floors gives you a awesome view. read more

Being close to Lake and natural setting, insects and you can see staff trying catching rats and sometime snakes. The maintenance charges are high. The connectiity with the main road during peak hours is a challenge read more

Very large society with all amenities inside. The apartments are very spacious with good ventilation and sunlight. The balcony gives fantasitc view of palya lake and surrounding greenary.
