Parking space is available and designated parking spots are alloted to all residents. cabs are easily available outside the society. Roads are perfect outside the society and street lights are functional at night as well. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained and garbage collections are done on time. CCTV cameras are installed. Elevators are maintained on timely basis. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Issues are resolved on time when raised by the residents. The neighbourhood of this society is very good and many events and festivals are celebrated together in this society. read more

There were a few issues that bothered me. One significant problem was the leakage issue on the top floor flat, which caused inconvenience and raised concerns about potential damage to property. Additionally, while there were CCTV cameras installed, it was disappointing that they were only on the ground floor, leaving other floors potentially vulnerable. Moreover, the lack of storage for CCTV recordings meant there was no way to review footage if needed. Another issue was the inconsistent functioning of the lifts, which often caused delays and inconvenience for residents, especially those on higher floors. read more
