Close it is to major IT hubs and shopping malls. It makes commuting and shopping so much easier for me. Having hospitals and schools nearby also means essential services are easily accessible, which adds to the convenience. Plus, being near the Metro station and major highways gives me more options for getting around the city, which is great. read more

The lack of adequate public transport options, especially during peak hours, is also a challenge. Additionally, the construction quality of the building could be better�I've noticed issues like seepage and cracks in the walls, which affect both the aesthetics and durability of the property. read more
