Good things here

I live in a society where public transport options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible just outside, ensuring excellent connectivity. The maintenance is top-notch, and hygiene is well-maintained. CCTV cameras are installed throughout the society and work properly, and the lifts are reliable. Security guards are always present, adding an extra layer of safety. The society is very spacious and offers great amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area. We celebrate all kinds of events and festivals, and the people here are very nice. At present, there are no areas requiring improvement, ensuring residents a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. read more

Unfortunately, seepage and leakage issues plague many of the flats, indicating subpar construction quality in the buildings. Moreover, the paintings done are of very low quality, detracting from the overall aesthetic appeal. The water supply leaves much to be desired, with poor water quality being a consistent concern. The roads outside the society are in very poor condition. Inside the society, there is no gym, only a clubhouse. If there are construction issues in the apartments, residents are responsible for arranging and funding repairs themselves, as the society does not provide a mechanism for these damages. Overall everything was good in the society Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available in well maintained condition. It offers many ways to get around easily like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. These options make it simple for people to reach important places nearby like shops and services. There's also a big park where kids can play and neighbors can spend time together, which helps everyone feel closer. The parking area in Krishna Raj is well-kept and spacious, ensuring everyone can park comfortably. It's made with strong materials to last long and stay in good shape. there are CCTV cameras and elevators that help keep the community safe and make life easier for everyone who lives there. There were no issue of water supply and electricity. read more

Wagholi is an upcoming residential locality in Pune right next to the Pune international airport.
