Autos and cabs are easily available, and the nearby metro station adds to the accessibility. The cleanliness and maintenance of our society are commendable. Garbage is collected on time, and we face no issues with leakage or seepage, ensuring a healthy living environment. As a resident of our society, while I am generally satisfied with the facilities and amenities available, I do have a significant concern regarding the absence of a swimming pool. Despite having a gym and a playground for kids, the lack of a swimming pool is a notable drawback. Roads are well-maintained, and street lights function effectively. Rooms within the society are properly ventilated. Residents are understanding and friendly, with no issues related to pets. The road quality is average, with ongoing construction contributing to frequent traffic issues and congestion in the area. Random parking of cars on the roads exacerbates the situation. Inside the society, there is a lack of guest parking facilities. The maintenance charges are deemed excessive by residents. Wagholi is an upcoming residential locality in Pune right next to the Pune international airport. The area is developing very fast and there are mostly 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments for sale in new projects at Rs. 6500 to Rs. 7500 per sq ft.
