Good things here

Excellent location, situated on Sarjapur Main Road, close to schools and offices. Large open spaces, feels relaxed and peaceful within the complex. Safe and family friendly place to live. Well maintained society. People from diverse backgrounds and professions live in harmony with each other. read more

Things need improvement

Nothing much to dislike, it's very harmonious society. Only thing is it can get dusty sometimes but that's true about any apartments on Sarjapur Road due to heavy development and being one of prime residential locations in Bangalore. read more

Provident welworth city apartment Marasandra is one of the finest and spacious apartments I have ever seen.We have many facilities like gym, supermarket, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, children's park etc. Excellent security with maintenance. There are many plants and trees and greenery inside with beautiful grass all over.

The society is very big. It has over 10 buildings, each having at least 20 houses. The clubhouse is in the centre and is also the centre of attraction. It has a lot of amenities. They include various sports like lawn tennis, table tennis, squash, badminton etc. There are also recreational areas like swimming pools, gardens, walking and jogging areas etc. read more
