Good things here

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book. Public transportation like buses is available in front of the society within 500 meters. The metro station is also available in the society within 800 meters. The water facility is very good in the society. Garbage collection is very good in the society; they collect dry and wet waste separately daily. Ventilation is very good in my flat because my balcony is very spacious, allowing for ample sunlight and fresh air in the society. The city is far from the society, making it peaceful with a very good environment. Facilities like groceries, supermarkets, markets, malls, and clinics are available nearby the society within a 200-meter radius. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society; they celebrate every festival together. There is a mini function hall in the society. read more

Maintenance charges are very expensive in the society. Amenities like the swimming pool are very small and not well-maintained in the society. The gym is also not well-equipped in the society. There is a small function hall in the society, which is very good for any small functions. Parking area is very spacious; we can park both two-wheelers and four-wheelers in the society. The construction quality is poor; there are some external cracks in the walls, which is not good for the society. Maintaining the gym is difficult because there is not enough equipment in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. There is no visitor parking area in the society. The surrounding people are friendly and helpful, and we celebrate a lot of festivals together like Karnataka Rajyotsava, Holi, Diwali, Ganesh Puja, Christmas, New Year, Republic Day, and Independence Day. Connectivity is excellent; it's near my office, and around 750 meters away, there's Banaras School, a bus stop, and supermarkets. Within the community, we have good roads, streetlights, ample parking spaces, and amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, basketball court, walking track, and community hall. Construction-wise, there are no issues, and maintenance-wise, the staff is good; they clean every day, and there are no water or power issues. The lift is working very well. read more

The road quality outside the society is poor, with potholes, uneven surfaces, and insufficient lighting, posing challenges for residents and visitors navigating the area. read more
