Good things here

The neighbors here are friendly and humble, which creates a nice community atmosphere. The connectivity is great, with public transport readily available. It's convenient having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are well-followed. There's a reliable supply of electricity and water. The construction quality is excellent with no issues of seepage or termites, and the ventilation and carpet area are good. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and well-maintained. read more

Things need improvement

However, the roads are broken, and the park, including the slide, has been in disrepair for years. Maintenance has declined, with garbage collection often delayed. There are also many strangers in the society, and the security isn't strict enough with them. read more

So much greenery and open space for walking. Excellent sauna facility with pool and gym for ultimate fitness and then relaxation. Neighborhood is very peaceful and safe for walking and everything in close reach from shopping mall to school and market along with hospital and supermarket.
