Maintenance of the society is good, with thorough cleaning of floors and balcony areas. They collect reasonable maintenance charges and ensure frequent garbage collection and disposal. The lift is well-functioning, and there is good water and power supply. Connectivity-wise, within 2 km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and medical shops. The road condition is good, street lights are present, and there is ample parking space. We have never faced any construction issues, and the rooms have good ventilation and sunlight. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children�s play area, and walking track. read more

Things need improvement

The swimming pool in the society is not functional, causing disappointment among residents who rely on it for recreation and exercise. Urgent repairs are needed to restore its usability. read more
