Good things here

The society has got great connectivity, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Within 100 meters Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Also hospitals and metro station is very close to the society. The road quality is very good and street lights are always functional. Rooms are very well ventilated. The parking space is sufficient for all the residents, and all have their own parking spots. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are always done on time in the society. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Water logging issues are barely noticable. Elevators are installed in all the towers. CCTV are properly installed all over the society. Security guards are available. The community is very nice as people are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Society is pet friendly, and maintains accordingly, rules are followed by all owners. play area for kids are available in the society. read more

I don't like the construction quality of the buildings as seepage and leakage issues happens a lot. There are no Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house available in the society. Roads can be improved inside the society. read more

Elevators are well-maintained and operational, contributing to the convenience and safety of residents. A playground is readily accessible, offering a space for recreational activities. Reliable water and electricity services ensure uninterrupted supply, while well-ventilated rooms enhance comfort. The construction quality of the society is commendable, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems in my apartment. The community fosters a positive social atmosphere, with residents actively participating in cultural festivals and events together. Waterlogging issues are non-existent within the society, contributing to a hassle-free living environment. read more

Sometimes street lights does not work at night. gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society as modern amenities. Metro is a bit far from the society. read more

The connectivity around the society is quite good; auto-rickshaws are easily available, there's a nearby metro station, and bus stops are also available. The roads around the society are well-built, so there are no traffic issues. The people in the society are very nice, friendly, and cooperative, we also celebrate festivals together. The maintenance of the society is also very good the lifts are properly�maintained. read more

The construction quality of the society isn't very good; there's significant seepage on the outer walls, making it look quite dirty. The internal roads need further improvement, and the security in the society should be enhanced as well because it's currently inadequate, allowing anyone to enter without�permission. read more
