Good things here

The Skycity park was fantastic! It's well-maintained, with separate parking and a dust-free environment. The people there are super friendly, and they've got great amenities like a cafeteria and swimming pool. read more

Things need improvement

Security isn't up to par; stray dogs sometimes enter the area. Plus, the market is quite far from the neighborhood, and public transport at night isn't reliable. read more

Good things here

The society management is excellent, and the construction quality is top-notch. There are ample green areas and a well-maintained swimming pool, along with multiple parks for recreation. Public transport options like cabs and autos are readily available, and crime cases are rare, ensuring safety for girls and ladies even at night. Nearby shopping malls cater to residents' needs without the hassle of traffic jams. Plus, there are good schools, colleges, and nursing colleges in close proximity to the society. read more

Unfortunately, there are some drawbacks to consider. There's no club facility, and nearby shops have costly food and fruits. Occasionally, there are water problems, and there's a lack of playgrounds nearby. Parking space is limited, and maintenance charges are high. There's also a designated kids' area, and the community members are very helpful. Water supply is reliable, and shops are conveniently located nearby. read more

Unfortunately, there's no swimming pool available, and the gym facility is not up to par. The green areas in the society are limited, and there aren't any big green parks compared to other societies. Connectivity can be an issue at times, and it's not a pet-friendly society. Additionally, there's no significant playground, and while parking is available, the space is limited. The kids' area also lacks maintenance and isn't very spacious. read more

I had booked an apartment in DS Max Skycity and I can assure you that this is one of the best projects in Bangalore. The construction of the project is excellent with ceramic tiles. DS Max Skycity provides the best of amenities and connects hotspot areas like Malls, National Highway, schools and colleges. The pricing is a bit high but it's worth investment. read more
