It's a wonderful amenity that allows us to unwind and enjoy some leisure time right within our own community. All corporate offices are very close to the society. Daily needs are available, such as nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available around the society. Parking is alloted for all residents in the society. Enough parking space is available. connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. Dry and wet waste is segregated seperately. Water supply and electricity is available at all times in the society. Power backup is also there. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms. No major seepage and leakage issues arised, construction quality is very good. The society has got all amenities like gym, club house, Swimming pool, play area for kids, garden. People are cordial in this society. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. read more

Things need improvement

I've noticed that the maintenance team takes a lot of time sometimes in resolving any issues that arise in our society. Internal issues often had to be solved by the residents themselves, which can be frustrating. The condition of the road around our society is quite poor. There are many potholes, leading to water logging during rains. I feel that the playground in our society should be larger, and walking tracks should be available for residents to enjoy outdoor activities and exercise. read more
