Living experience in the society was very comfortable and positive. The connectivity to public and local transport facilities is convenient, and the build quality of the society is excellent, with no issues of leakage or other problems. The well-designed rooms contribute to a pleasant living environment. While the amenities may not be extensive, the well-maintained lifts and allocated owner's parking add to the convenience. Routine cleaning ensures cleanliness and hygiene throughout the society, and the availability of 24/7 water and electricity further enhances comfort. Security measures such as guards at the entrance and verification of individuals contribute to residents' safety. One of the major drawbacks of the society is the lack of significant amenities. There is no swimming pool, the gym is too small, and the garden is just a small kids' play area. Good things here

The ventilation is great, and the plaster and fittings are of good quality. They have regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation, and we never have issues with electricity or water supply. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The elevators are well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards for added safety. read more

Things need improvement

There are no amenities like a swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse. Parking is non-existent, which is a big inconvenience. The connectivity isn�t the best either, as public transport is hardly available. Additionally, the construction quality is quite average. Other than these issues, everything else is great. read more

There's a strong sense of community with cultural celebrations bringing everyone together. They've also put rules in place for pets to keep things harmonious. The lifts are well looked after, and CCTV keeps us safe and secure. read more

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The construction quality of the society is well to do, seepage and leakage issues are not faced. read more

Metro is not available nearby the society. facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Water supply issues are faced specially during summer season the water supply is a problem. People are not friendly and cooperative in the sociey. read more

Ghansoli is a suburb in the Navi Mumbai area and is close to the Reliance corporate headquarters and the TTC Industrial area which has created a demand for housing in this area. Ghansoli is directly connected to Mulund by the Airoli bridge. The neighbourhood of Ghansoli include Maheshwar Nagar, Jijamata Nagar, Datta Nagar, Rable, Kopar Khairane and Shanti nagar, There is a kind of development boom in Ghansoli with 24 new projects of which 12 are still under construction. Most of the residential construction consists of apartments only and 80% are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. There are very few 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and they are only around 20% of the total property. The arterial Thane Belapur road passes through Ghansoli and provides the vital link to Thane and the main line covering Chhatrapati Shivaji terminus to Kalyan.
