Shagun hospital was nearby. auto and buses were easily accessible. market was nearby. water supply was 24*7. all modern amenities are there and well maintained. read more

Things need improvement

Major issue was our landlord because of whom i left the society. he was not cooperative. he has not refunded my deposit amount. I asked him for refund he said you are leaving in the middle of month so no refund. read more

This society has been a wonderful experience for me. We have schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, which makes daily life incredibly convenient. The connectivity is great, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available. The roads are well-maintained, making travel smooth. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste helps keep the surroundings clean. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and we have the benefit of regular electricity and water supply, ensuring no disruptions in daily life. The construction quality is excellent, with proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings. The society offers modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse, which are well-maintained. Our neighbors are very friendly, and we have been living here for a long time, celebrating each festival together, which creates a warm community spirit. Security is top-notch with CCTV cameras and security guards, making us feel safe and secure. The designated parking for each resident is another plus, ensuring that parking is never a hassle. read more

A minor seepage issue was their but was got fixed later, apart from that i don't see any drawbacks of this society, they keep all the things well and maintained. read more
