It's great to be part of such a well-maintained society! I really appreciate the reliable water supply and power backup, which make daily life so much easier. Plus, having clean surroundings and proper garbage collection services ensures that the environment stays pleasant. I also love how convenient the connectivity is, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities like shops, schools, and hospitals. It makes running errands or heading out for leisure activities a breeze. Inside the apartments, it's a relief not to have to worry about seepage or leakage issues. The good ventilation and spacious balcony are bonuses that make the living spaces comfortable and inviting. And having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse right within the society is a fantastic perk. The convenience of connectivity, with auto-rickshaws and cabs readily available right outside, makes getting around effortless. I'm particularly grateful for the excellent maintenance of our apartments. It's a relief knowing that seepage and leakage issues are non-existent, and the ventilation in our rooms is top-notch, keeping the air fresh and comfortable. The facilities and amenities provided within our society are a real treat. Whether it's hitting the gym, taking a dip in the swimming pool, or enjoying some leisure time at the clubhouse, there's always something to do right here at home. It's also worth mentioning the proper installation and maintenance of our elevators, ensuring smooth and reliable access to our homes. Good things here

The society is very well connected on the main road. There is a very good market nearby, providing easy access to essential goods and services. Water logging issues are not faced, the drainage system is good around the society. Electricity is available all the time. My rooms are very well ventilated and sunlight is received properly. Seepage and termite issues also did not arise in my society. Elevators are regularly maintained and it is properly functional. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. There are proper parking alloted to all residents and also parking related rules are followed. Modern Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. The neighbourhood of the society is very good as people are friendly and decent. read more

Things need improvement

The maintenance is not at all good, society is not kept clean and hygeine is also not maintained. Maintenace charges are on the higher side. According to such high charges the maintenance is not done accorgingly. The bathroom fittings are not repaired on time by the society. Water quality is very bad for which lot of people are suffering. Approach road is in very bad condition. read more

Proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings add to the comfort of living here. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. My neighbors are very friendly, which creates a strong sense of community. Security is a priority with CCTV cameras and guards available, making us feel safe and secure. read more

The improvements which I would say can be done are sometimes other people face issues related to parking, although I haven't experienced any problems myself. Additionally, the elevator has had issues with frequent breakdowns, which is quite inconvenient. read more
