I'm pleased to say that I haven't encountered any major traffic issues, and the roads around our society are generally in good condition, making commuting hassle-free. The society's maintenance standards are impressive, with regular garbage collection and timely pest control measures being carried out. Water supply is available 24/7, and there are no leakage or seepage issues; ventilation is good. All modern amenities are well-maintained. The society is clean, and residents are cooperative, celebrating all festivals together. Sufficient parking is available for residents. The metro is under construction, and once operational, it will be within walking distance from the society. Auto rickshaws are easily available nearby, and the roads outside the society are in good condition. read more

The local railway station is not nearby; one has to travel a bit to reach it. Parking available for visitors in the society is limited. Additionally, ongoing metro construction near the main roads adjacent to the society is causing traffic issues. read more

The connectivity around the society is excellent, with auto rickshaws available just outside the main gate and a bus stand nearby. This ensures there are no problems in coming and going. Additionally. The lifts in the society are properly maintained, and cleanliness is well-maintained. The construction quality is also good, with no issues of water leakage. Furthermore, the residents of the society�are�fine. read more

Overall, the society is quite good, so there isn't much need for improvement. However, I feel that there should be grocery shops in the society. While there is a medical store and several other shops, they are not sufficient for groceries, leading to the inconvenience of having to go to the market�for�groceries. read more

The society was spotless, and there were no problems with leaks, seepage, or cracks. Water was always available, day and night. Any issues that popped up were dealt with promptly. Everyone in the community was helpful and cooperative. Plus, all the modern amenities and lifts were in great condition. Parking was never a hassle, and autos were readily available nearby. read more

The local railway station is about 6km from the society, while the highway is just 1km away. However, it's worth noting that the flats here don't have balconies. read more
