There were no issues with anything; everything was well-maintained. People were also good and cooperative. However, maintenance needs to be improved in the society. Paint was scraped off, and the buildings need repainting. read more

I appreciate several aspects of my society, such as its good connectivity and easily available public transport. The roads are well-maintained, and having a market nearby is very convenient. The construction quality is top-notch, with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation throughout the buildings. Regular garbage collection, including wet and dry garbage segregation, is well-managed. Additionally, the society offers excellent amenities like a well-maintained gym and clubhouse, reliable elevators, CCTV cameras, and 24/7 security guards. read more

Things need improvement

There's nothing specific to dislike about the society. Although the absence of a swimming pool is noticeable, other amenities compensate for it. Some neighbors can be troublesome, but this is not unique to our society and does not significantly impact my overall positive experience. read more
