Good things here

Connectivity like cabs nad autos are easily available in the society. People are very friendly in the vicinity. Rent in the area is very good. Hospitals are available within a short distance, which is very convenient for emergencies. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with the building and the environment. Amenities include a swimming pool, smart benches, and a kids' play area, which are well-maintained. Facilities such as grocery shops and other services are available within walking distance, adding to the convenience. The society is very well-maintained. read more

Things need improvement

There is no metro near the society. Pollution is an issue because it is near a major road, resulting in a lot of traffic in the vicinity. Road quality is not good, which is inconvenient. read more

Garbage collection is done efficiently. The locality in the society is good. Public transportation is available within walking distance, with bus stops about 1-2 kilometers away. Construction quality is very poor; there are issues with seepage in many bathrooms, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance of lifts is not good; they frequently require repairs, causing inconvenience to residents. read more

There were significant issues with leakage and seepage in the society. Maintenance charges were high. There was a lot of traffic jam near the society. read more
